What is the best lightweight foundation for fair oily skin, and what is the best face wash?

I have been using garnier BB cream! This is a light coverage but I mix it with some of my Clinique acne foundation to get a more medium coverage. Then I use neutrogena antioil matte powder over it! For face wash I use Boots Expert Acne Care and they have a line for oily skin as well!
