I have a 1989 civic lx with a 265000 miles and I am having this issue. Once the car is warm and I try and give it gas the car seems to lose power and stutters while trying to pick up speed.
The issue above does not seem to happen when vehicle is cold.

I have replaced the injectors twice, new mainrelay, new battery and checked the flow from the fuel pump to the engine that seems fine (fuel pump was replaced as well) - have not personally replace the fuel filter as it seems to start and run finr when first start the car.

Any help on this issue would be help thanks, I have ran out of ideals

Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil.
