Hello :)
I have recently tried Greek yogurt, and I really like it. My question is: Is greek yogurt naturally "fat free"? Or does it have fat in it, and they take the fat out when they process it, to make the "fat free" version? Anyone know? Thank-you for any answers. It is appreciated.

No, greek yogurt is not naturally "fat free". It still contains fat but there's non-fat version of it but of course, just like any fat-free products, the taste is much more bland and unappealing. I love yogurt too because of it's lactobacillus content. I really make sure that the yogurts I buy says "With Live Lactobacilli" on the label and not the ones that say "made with Lactobacilli" so make sure to check the labels before purchasing.

The ones with the live Lactobacilli are much more helpful to the body especially to your mouth and to the woman's genitalia. Those yogurts that say "made with Lactobacilli" do not contain the live bacteria anymore.

There are many different brands. Which are you asking about?

Hi :)
Thanks for your answer. It's appreciated. Just to clarify, I wasn't asking about any particular brand of greek yogurt and wondering if it is/was fat free. I was asking if greek yogurt is naturally "fat free" or not because I have never had greek yogurt before(until recently), and the "fat free" type of greek yogurt is what the person who resides with me got for me to try. I am also very conscious about the amount of fat and calories that my diet has, and keeping the fat and calorie content of my diet low. So, that why I asked about the greek yogurt. Hope this helps :) and thanks for your help/answer.

Have a great day!
