Most likely there is nothing wrong. It is not uncommon for periods to be irregular when first starting and during the teen years. When was your first period? Have you talked to your mother or a trusted adult about your concerns?

The tricky part is that until they start being regular, you will want to make sure that you have a pad in your purse or backpack in case you start unexpectedly.
