People can sue you over anything nowadays.

The best thing you can do is delete the comment and don't post comments like that.

The golden rule applies to social networking as well.

"Do unto others as you would have others do unto you".

In other words, if you wouldn't like it.. don't do it!

You said she was diseased and said her name.

That there sounds like "defamation of character".

It doesn't matter whether you threw an F bomb.

Minor to you, not to them. And very likely not to a judge. Who would not like to have that said about them.

If you don't mind writing them a check for this, then leave it up

yah but it so minorHer lawyer may charge his base rate to tell her the same thing. She would have to prove some form of monetary damages which would be hard to do. Best to grow up and not write such comments on a public forum. Unfriending would be a good start.

Let me see we all tell you not just take it down and to learn and grow up. What do you do, post it hear, I guess you are wanting her to really sue you, posting it on a forum that is searched by all major search engines.

For your own protection I deleted your last post

amberheleine, please stop reporting your own posts as it's becoming tiresome.
If the thread had received zero responses then we would remove it for you, but as it has, it stays.
