I'll throw a question out there!

I installed a DSC 1832 system myself, and everything works fine... except for programming the system to call my mobile phone when the alarm goes active? I have two keypads, (RFK 5501 & 5500 ). So far I've programmed:

(301) with my mobile #
(350) with (06) for residential dial
(380) 1 enabled

I've run out of ideas... and seeking help..
