Hello there!
There's this film I used to watch some time in the early 90s but could me made in the 80s..
The characters and drawings look like asian anime... However the plot is unclear to me as I was very young.. I have some scattered elements in my mind:
- the story involves a boy who lives in the city, I don't remember much but in one of the scenes he throws away his sister's young chickens out of the balcony of their apartment..
- there's an older man in the story who draws a white circle on some grassy area of the city and wants to build his home there and live like a marginalized person but authorities keep persecuting 'cause it's illegal...
- another scene the boy needs a "red" color cause somehow it becomes extinct.. So he goes around the city checking the red elements in it asking them to give him some red color (I remember he asks from a red traffic light.. ) but it's finally a rainbow that agrees to give him..

So I know this sounds like a very strange movie but I hope somebody knows it! I've been looking for it for some time without results..
