Boot up (XP) is interrupted when message box appears requiring Send/DoNotSend response. Message is "TrueImage Sync Agent Service has encountered a problem and needs to close. If you were in the middle of something the information you were working on may be lost"

If this is continually happening either disable it from start up or completely install it.

I have not found TrueImage in Program files or Control Panel Delete Programs.

Look for Acronis as that's the maker.
