She gave me some erythromycin ophthalmic ointment to put in my eye 4 times a day. I've been doing this since then, but the stye has progressively gotten bigger

Well prom is tomorrow night and I am so worried that it won't go down before then. Is there any way I can make it drain tonight?

No way to grt rid of that by tomorrow. Just stop playing it and poking it, get some sleep!

I meant socially, not medically. Her concern is over her appearance.

I meant socially as well. A teen can't have a mark on her face for prom night.

Well it hasn't gone down, I'll just try to cover it and enjoy my night anyway.

Everyone else will be so concerned about their own looks anyway--a zit on a nose or chin, being too fat or thin, dress the wrong color, hairdo not right.
