I got caught in Costco Scarborough. I have previous charged in 2003 and did community service. Will court and police still have record for that? I heard they will be removed after 3yrs.
Also, what does police do, if they only write down on his small book, do I have a clean record or police database will show every time I have a contact with police?

If you were arrested and had court action, yes they will know, it will not hurt you in sentencing but it will stop you from getting another first offender program. You do need to check in some areas you can do a first offender program every 7 to 10 years if there were no other issues.
