Hi all I am from india ,This is my 2nd question this morning, as I said early that I had a pregnancy test at home i.e. is urine test and got the result as negative, do I have to wait for another one week and do a pregnancy test to get confirmation or do I have to do the blood test as well, kindly let me know

You can do either, or both. I would personally suggest the blood test, just so that you don't have to doubt the results. Although even a blood test can be wrong(unless you get the doctor ordered quantative blood test) I would wait at least a week before I tested again. It never hurts to get an exam from your ob/gyn as well. Good luck!

Every 2 to 3 days you hcg levels get higher so I would wait at least 2 days before testing again and if you still come up negative it could be a ectopic pregnancy which you would need to get a blood test to confirm. Go to a doctor and get a blood test.
