I had 2 continuous pregnancies, lost a baby and I have a 2 year old kid. Since both pregnancies were one after the other, I never got a chance to exercise, n I got lazy later on. I am slightly overweight, but the doctor says it is neglect-able. My prob is my tummy, I have lost enough weight, but my tummy is hanging. I have been doing crunches for a year now. The tummy fat has reduced a lot, but since the skin has stretched, it's hanging now. What can I do?
