My boyfriend and I have been going out for two weeks now and both love each other a lot. He cares for me a lot and is always hugging me and listening to everything I say. The only problem is my dad works at my school and I'm not allowed to date. I rarely see my dad during school hours but I'm still scared I will. The only problem is now me and my boyfriend like each other so much we will never be able to break up with each other without being heartbroken. My parents give no mercy at all when it comes to dating. What should I do?

We have never had our first kiss before and I don't know what I should do! Should I kiss him first or wait for him to kiss me?

The advice given will depend on how old you both are.

We are both 15 years old.

Am I going to die with my boyfriend?

My boyfriend is really clingy and is always hugging me all the time. I'm not really a touchy kind of person, but I don't know how to tell him to give me space without being to mean. I mean, we are only in high school. What should I say without hurting his feelings?

Be honest, but in a kind way. You could also make it a joke, something like "Geesh, you're like an octopus", or "Hey grabby, you're smothering me", but say it in a light hearted way.

Or, you could just tell him what you told us, that you're not a touchy person, and that you care about him, but the excessive hugging is a bit much for you. Just be nice about it and make sure he knows that it's not him you object to, but you just don't feel comfortable with the excessive hugging. He should understand. Not everyone is a huggy person.

It may be thrilling to go against your parents rules, but its also dangerous. Do they consider phone calls or visits dating? For sure kissing is something they would never allow, so I doubt we could give advice to help you sneak around behind your parents back, but I would suggest talking to your mom. That's what my daughter did and her mom sort of prepared me to lighten up. That would be the respectful, responsible, appropriate thing to do.

Hopefully she can help you get a bit more freedom, and keep you and this fellow out of worse trouble. The last thing you need is for both parents to lose trust in you.

Ah, I should have checked your other posts. Had I known your age my advice would have been a bit different. I still think you should talk to him, but I also agree that you should talk to your mom.

The problem is my mom doesn't always listen really well to what I have to say.

I would try talking before deceiving.
