I woke up the other morning with neck pain. I slept good that night and must have put some strain on my neck. I can't seem to get through the day with out wanting to just sit down and cry. I've never had a kink in my neck before. I just can't seen to get rid of the kink or the pain. It is going on the fourth day now. It feels like sometimes my neck is numb. But the pain is on a scale of 1-10, 10 being worse is my pain all day. I can't sleep at night hurts too bad. Can't hardly turn my head right and left. Hurts when I cough, sneeze, yawn... etc What are some helpful things I can try?
