My noma thermotatic starts cycling on and off every 5 seconds once it gets within .5 degrees of the set temperature. Can I change this in the settings or is it hooped?

For anyone who is confused as to what a thermostatic or a thermostatis is... they are just fancy names for thermostat :)

What is hooped?, furnaces cycle,not thermostats

Its actually two infloor baseboard heaters that are being run off the thermostat and as far as I know, they work fine.
