I have sent an email from Outlook (Exchange) to a Yahoo email. I need to Recall the sent message. I have tried using the Recall message in Outlook, but since the recipient's email address is Yahoo, will this procedure work?

Sorry, but the Recall option only works for a limited period. Once fully sent, your email will be received by the recipient.
