There was a movie possibly from the 1980s or 1990s. English language film. Remember watching it on TV, possibly Disney. The only scene I can remember depicts a family, several children and a mother (sans father I think), all cramped together in a crawl space under the stairs. It's in Europe during wartime, either World War I or II. I think they're in the crawl space during an air raid drill. The oldest girl has a butcher's knife and is joking with the family that if anyone tries to get in she'll get them. She stabs the knife through the wall jokingly. Then they go outside and there's a blimp flying overhead? Then a scene where a little boy in the family questions why they shot the blimp down? Does this sound familiar to ANYONE??
