Hi,
I have been on the birth control pill for a while and take it regularly, never being off more than an hour from regular time. I just got what seems to be my period yesterday, along with cramping, a full week before I am supposed to get my period. I still have 4 active pills left in my pack and am continuing to take them but I'm wondering if there is any way to stop the bleeding until I am done the active pills or once it starts there is nothing I can do? I am pretty sure this is due to high levels of stress the past couple of weeks. This has happened once before, two months ago and continuing to take the pill did nothing to stop the bleeding then.
