I had unprotected sex, and have been off my birth control for almost a month. I took two birth control pills the night I had unprotected sex and I got my period 6 days later. Is there a chance I could I be pregnant? Please help!

Some women continue to get their period, even though pregnant, but it's rare.

Yes. But I don't want to take a home pregnancy test unless there is a serious chance I'm pregnant.

Well I have tried the shot, and the side effects were bad so I started the pill but I always forget to take it, so I am going to try the patch now. Hopefuly this one works.
