The other day I had to jump my 95 nissan sentra. The cables got crossed and the main engine 75amp fuse got blown. I had it brought into the service shop and they made sure everything checked out and it all did, but the only problem I'm having is that the stereo doesn't seem to be working at all. I checked the fuse for it in the fuse box, and it was good. I also checked the fuse on the back of the stereo unit and it was good too. It's seems as if it's not getting power at all. Any thoughts to get this stereo to work again?

Use a test light or multimeter to test all under-hood and under-dash fuses. Hopefully, the link below will help:

While you have your test light out, check power going into the radio (constant and switched) to make sure you haven't fried any wires between the fusebox and the radio. If there is power to the radio, and the radio still doesn't work, then you have an internal problem in the radio (probably either an internal fuse or a blown protection diode).
Good luck.
