Hi guys, a little bit of help is needed. So much easier to ask people you don't know in order to get an unbiased opinion.

The situation is - I love my boyfriend so much, but there are a lot of things that wind me up about him, I will not go into detail but I pick and dig at him constantly. I nag and belittle him for no reason at all. Ask me why I do it - I don't know. We wouldn't argue, he doesn't argue, I would feel guilty the next day and send him some texts to which he wouldn't reply and this would wind me up even more, and the second I am through the door in the evening after work - the nagging and ing would start again.

What am I doing? Is it something am doing subconsciously? Do I want him to do something I don't realize? Its like I am possessed. Its only a matter of time before he flips out, and leaves me and I don't want that. Its like a matter for a shrink, LOL. Any ideas what I should do?

Practice thinking before you act, or speak ,until you find out what's at the bottom of your being out of control, and impulsive. You may well need a professional to guide you through this process.

Maybe it's a good idea to acknowledge that you know this flaw is not good, and let him know you are working on it. He might have some insights or ideas to help.
