Would like to know if anyone can tell me legally? Or from personal experience? Who enforces this state code and what are the penalties or consequences in violating it? This would not be a student violating it but an adult and so suspension can't be the result. Proof is in vicious writings. And if there is no consequence, then, so what? Who exactly is prohibiting it? The school? The state of WA? Is it a misdemeanor or something for the actual police to handle? If so, where do I find that information? I really don't know, does anybody really know? And if it is the school board who 'enforces' it, again what in practice is actually done about the violation? Do they just say, hey, that's a no no, we won't tolerate it? And if it continues, the what?. like a lot of WA laws I am mystified as to what good they are other than time spent to write them...
