I had unprotected sex 11 days ago, which looking back now I was probably ovulating at the time. He pulled out but I've had really sore breasts since then, a little bit of weight loss and an increase in bowel movements. I've also had some extreme mood swings, and very anxious(which I initially attributed to some stressful things going on in my life right now). Today I feel achy and have some twinges of slight pain in my abdomen from time to time. Could I be feeling early signs of pregnancy or am I just being paranoid.

You had uprotected sex... you only do that if you want to get pregnant.

"Pulling out" is NOT a form of birth control... or very effective at all.

So yes, the possibility you got pregnant is very real... but its still too early to know for sure. You will have to wait a few more weeks and take a HPT test.

Why are you paranoid, That you may not be, You obviously are trying to become pregnant and yes you very well could be.

Pull out is not a real effective method, it only lowers the sperm amount, does not stop it. In fact no form is 100 percent, this is the less "method" there is. Condoms even have a 10 percent failure rate so if you had just used a condom you could be.

Now you have to wait till time for your next period and see if you miss it or not.

Yes, I realize the pull out method is not a very reliable form of birth control. It was a bad decision. I am not trying to get pregnant, although if it it happens it happens. I was more curious as to whether it is too soon to start feeling symptoms. My brain tells me it is because I know it takes awhile for the egg to fertilize. But I do feel things, I am just thinking I am being paranoid and taking noticed of every little thing.

Its not just not very reliable... its NOT AT ALL reliable. HUGE difference between them... a condom carried in a guys wallet for several months is not very reliable... "pulling out" ls like drag racing someone on the street... but stopping just before the finish line and trying to argue to the cop you wasn't racing because you didn't finish.

If you did become pregnant, you might feel some possible symptoms early on. Most often signs would be increased urination and feeling much more tired than usual. Some women do experience nausea early on as well. Many women, however, do not notice any signs this early and often the lack of a period is one of the first.

With the situation described, pregnancy is of course possible, but your odds are not great. It is more likely that you are concerned, thus paying close attention for any possible indication of pregnancy. Since pregnancy is possible, see what happens when you would expect your next period and test if it doesn't show.
