I don't want to know how to install it, I just want to know how to run it. QEMU won't run without admin rights on Windows 7, because of stupid UAC. I don't have admin rights, I want to run a virtual machine. What do I delete in the manifest file, or is there a second way to do it? Please help!

You cannot, I have tried the instructions on portable freeware, it won't work without admin rights.
