Have you taken her to the vet for this problem? It could be a urinary tract infection, or it could be as simple as still being a baby and growing into her body. You may need to get up once in the middle of the night and take her outside for a pee for a month or two, if that is all it is. But I would start with a vet visit to rule out physical problems. She is probably due for a vaccine at some point soon, anyway.

It would be helpful to know what you are feeding her. Also, talk to the breeder. A good breeder is a wealth of information. (If you bought her at a pet store, then you are out of luck in this department.)

A little more detail about the scenario would be helpful.
For example: Is she crated at night and you wake to find she has urinated in her crate?
Or: while napping during the day when you know she hasn't moved from her slumber, you find her in a wet puddle?
At such a young age she will not be able to hold it all night, you will need to take her out more often.
It may be that you will need to take up her water dish before bedtime.
It could possibly be a urinary tract infection.
Hit us with a few more details, I'm sure someone can help you out.

I agree with Sam, but it is like an adolescent bedwetting. The bladder has not caught up to growing spurts. When everything is the right size, inside and out, and diligent training, everything will work out.

I will re-iterate, a hate crates. But I guess hey have their place at times.

I am also having this problem. My 4 1/2 puppy goes out every 3-4 hrs during the day. I take her out every night at 11 and she holds it the whole night. Her accidents are happening during her naps during the day. Please help

This is like a child growing and bedwetting; her bladder has not caught up to her growing spirts yet. Be patient with her, she is growing to fast and bladder is not.
