I have a oil master heater. The circuit board is a ST9103A-1069. The far right relay burned out, so I found a new Board on eBay. I installed it and now the blower comes on,and won't shut off,but the burner will not. It's a becket burner and the green light does not come on. It seems like no power. Could bad circuit board do this?
Thanks for any help.

Just replaced a similar blown circuit board after a power hit burnt a relay on it. My card is a Honeywell ST9103A 1002 electronic fan timer circuit board and now I have the same issue: blower fan comes on and runs constant, no cycling, and no hot or cold air (outside chiller now does not come on but did with the blown card, just no circulating fan with the previous card). My T1 and T2 leads on my oil primary control then started smoking... now no voltage to that unit and neither it nor the heat blower motor comes on. I hope this card wasn't faulty and smoked my oil primary control box.
