I've fallen in love with a Malaysian man. We've decided on taking the steps for filing a FiancŽ Visa in the next few years. I realize it's very important to follow these steps correctly, so there's no risk of him being deported. So, exactly what do I need? I do know that we need to have visited each other within 2 year prior, so he needs a visitor visa, go home, and then come back on the fiancŽ visa? Anybody been through this before?
