What do property managers do in daily jobs, are there any degree related to this field? I want to know the various options available for property managers in future.

Googling your question bring forth much info, here is one article for you to read. Why Property Management Is A Great Career Path For You by Terri Euchner | Apartment Marketing | Apartment Leasing | Resident Retention | Apartment Investment | Apartment Jobs (http://www.multifamilyinsiders.com/multifamily-blogs/why-property-management-is-a-great-career-path-for-you.html) and yes you can get a degree in property management but it may not come from a state university necessarily

Usually property managers (if they live on sight) get a rental discount or free rent!

The property manager is the go to person for tenants if there is something wrong with the rental property.

The property manager sometimes takes care of the whole rental process for an owner as well. They show the property, take care of tenant complaints, collect checks, and enforce lease agreements.

Hope this helps!
