Is something wrong if the BBT is not high for 14 days after ovulation?I predicted my ovulation this month with an ovulation kit.Should I consult the doctor?

Your BBT should be high at the onset of ovulation, not after ovulation. Ovulation typically occurs 12 - 14 days after the first day of your period. So, it seems as though you just miscalculated.

I have never used an ovulation kit, so I really don't know.

However, I do know that stress in trying to get pregnant will cause a negative all the time. Stress does terrible things to your body.

I would venture to guess that your own personal temperature would be more reliable than something out of a box, but that is just my opinion.

Remember you ovulate 12 - 14 days AFTER the FIRST day of your period if you are on a 28 day cycle. Any cycle different is a little harder to predict.

You may want to visit your doctor for a pre-conception exam to make sure you are healthy in every way.

What do they examine in a preconception exam?I went to a gynec for a general reproductive health check up.She did pap test and examined my vagina with her hands. She told everything was normal.

That'll do it. ;)

You have been told everything is fine, so just sit back and enjoy the ride so to speak. The harder you try to become pregnant, the harder it is. So just enjoy practicing :p.
