Cut down the amount of chillis in the dishes.

Have a dentist look at your gums. You may have inflammation and pockets around your teeth from gingivitis that is getting into the next stage. Don't use mouthwash, which destroys healthy bacteria that you need in your mouth.
I don't see why you should starve if cooking is done at home. Just cook food YOURSELF! Learn how if you don't know, or ask for the basic ingredients before the spices are added. It doesn't matter if you are a man or woman, adult or child.

Hi rrimz,
Not sure what to suggest here. I don't think what you are experiencing is a dental concern. I'd speak to your family doctor about it, may be an allergy?
You could try drinking milk with your spicy meals. I know milk helps me if I accidentally eat a jalapeņo pepper!
