Is my house haunted?

I have a lobster tail and a little ocarina. I had my ocarina on the right side of my lobster tail and the next morning it was on the left.Also one night I fell asleep and I woke up at 2:30 I felt like I was getting sat on and I was paralyzed ( I'm not lying ok) .tell what's going on please ):

Well... salt... a "paster"... maybe a priest can help whatever it is to cross... maybe it's just a poltergeist!

You know what's sad? I blame Hollywood for all of this. For 12 year olds that are now "Ghost Hunters" and "Paranormal Investigators"... they watch some movies, a few TV shows, and suddenly everyone is an expert and is an official ghost hunter and giving out stupid, sometimes harmful advice. Frustrating really.
