I am a non-resident alien, a student at Drexel University, Philadelphia. I was on a co-op from Sept 2011 to March 2012 at New jersey, and before that, I was working on campus at the University.
I have multiple questions.
A) Do I need to file for NJ state tax as well as Philadelphias state Tax?
B) My company issued a wrong W-2, it had my social sec and medicare cut, they issued my a W-2c in which they mentioned that medicare and social sec were zero, but rest all columns were blank. So when I send my documents, do I email my original W2 along with the W-2c?

A) Yes, a New Jersey tax return IS required.

B) Send BOTH W-2s when you file the Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ and Form 8843.
