Was wondering if someone had an idea of the cause for continuing chest pain. I tried looking up online, but it kept referring to heart attacks, and its definitely not that. Anyway, my chest has been hurting, almost like someone is poking my chest with their finger, and sometimes it feels kind of like a pinch in my chest. I have also found out I am getting out of breath a lot faster than usual, for example, simple going up a flight of stairs (total of 14 steps) I feel out of breath. Usually I goes away after about an hour or so, but now, this is the fourth day it has been feeling this way. Keep in mind I'm only 26, and don't smoke, drink here and there but nothing extreme, and I weigh like 210-215 (normal for my height). Any ideas?

It could be any number of things from a heart attack (I've seen otherwise healthy people at your age have them), to pneumonia, to pleurisy, costochondritis, etc. The only way to know for sure is to have it checked out by a medical professional.
