I'm only young but I'm in love with country music and old country music, I grew up on it and I love the country, people have told me I have a great voice since grade primary but the problem is I'm kind of shy, I'm not as shy as I was before but still shy, but anyway I want to be a country singer like loretta lynn, conway twitty, george jones and all the other old country singers, country is a big part in my life and I strongly feel for it and can't live without it, can sombody please help me?

The old time music is a thing of the past unless you are going to be singing in some local bars. To make it big you are going to have to do the more modern country music. Hank Williams SR or Loretta Lynn could not even get a record label today if they were just starting.
But you sing, every open mic you can do, sing at nursing homes, look into doing programs for VA or VFW and other group

Your idols pretty much worked super hard at it, driving long hours and miles from one city and town to the next, taking whatever gig they could, dropping free tapes at radio stations, most of which never were heard, making practically no money. And you need to be old enough to do all that and to get into clubs and drive and so on. Very few have parents willing to try for that one in a million chance before you are 18.
These days some get lots of hits on YouTube, so try that, and just keep telling everyone to watch it, because the more hits you get the more you are seen. Volunteer to sing for church, for school, organize a contest, sing the anthem for a game, anything around town you can find. You can't be shy about any of it. And you need to ask for critique and advice. Don't let people tell you you are wonderful all the time. You need criticism because when you are on a stage total strangers will be deciding and you have to take it.
Practice not just your voice but your projection, face, and body movements. You don't need fancy equipment, but a little $100 camera with movies is a bit better than a cell phone or webcam.

For every known singer there are thousands of unknowns. Start with lessons and then appear wherever/whenever you can.
