I have a tenant who constantly leaves lights on in her area, she parks in places other that her assigned spot, she is rude. The situation is just not working. I have a lease that is in place for another 9 months but I want her to move out sooner than that. Is there any chance I can evict her?

Where do you folks live? It doesn't sound like she has broken the lease. Are there clauses in the lease langauge that you believe she broke? Not likeing a careless tenat will not qualify for eviction

Virginia. The lease is quite simple. It states the dates of occupancy, SD info, LL may have unit cleaned if served to be untidy. I was hoping the lights being left on could be considered an electrical hazard thus a violation of the implied. She also requested an extra heater because she was cold but opens the windows when the heat is on. We have adopted a mutual agreement that is she leaves the lights on again the lease will terminate. I was hoping to get out of the lease regardless. How do you suggest, if at all possible, that I approach the option to terminate the lease?
