Ok so I have a compact laptop computer for about a year and the mouse does not work and the computer freezes up like every 3 minutes then I have to shut it down and put it back on but it still freezes and I tried taking out the battery but thst did not do anything.Also I really want to use the computer with it not freezing if you have any ideas how to make the mouse work or how to stop the computer from freezing I would really want to know.

Overheating from dust may be a problem. You may need a USB Mouse to use to check device manager.

Gat a few cans of compressed air and blow the dust out. What are you placing the system on when using it?
