I have Recently Buyed a new Farm House and Taxes on that is too high according to the actual price of that property, so to get reduction on my property tax. Do I need a Property tax lawyer?

In my neck of the woods, boards of equalization seldom have attorneys attending.
But if you want to really impress them, please tell them you have recently bought the property. :)

A lot would depend on where this is... if you could provide more information as to where this property actually is located it might help.
How did you determine the taxes were too high? Did you do it by looking at neighboring and similar property assessments?

In my area, Property taxes are based on an assessed value. So what you probably need to do is prove that your property's value for tax purposes is too high. In my area there are firms (not necessarily lawyers) who will do the research and help lower your assessment.
Why do you feel the taxes are too high? Weren't you aware of the taxes when you bought the property?
