My boyfriend is 19 and he was put on probation for theft for 4 years. Recently he was charged with burglary of habitation because he entered a house while his homeboy robbed it, his homeboy is 17 so he can't pawnd stuff so he asked my boyfriend too so he did and he got caught cause the people called saying there stuff was missing. The people he robbed from said they found the other guy guilty and not my boyfriend. What do you think will happen?

Hello j:
It doesn't matter what the people he robbed said. It only matters what the court says. I think the court will find him guilty. He'll do time on that charge, and then his probation will be violated on the first charge. He may do all 4 years.

Let me see you don't see a issue that he entered someone else's home while "someone else" robbed it. Sorry he was in the house he helped rob it. Even sounds like he helped pawn it.
He will go to jail, most likely all 4 years
