Just bought a new HP computer and some of the web pages are taking up to 1/2 hour to upload. HP tech said it was the modem. Our internet supplies went over the modem and determined there was something on the computer blocking web sights. An independent computer tech said the same thing. I deleted all blockers and virus catchers (Norton, AVG). Nothing helps. I'm trying to delete the unwanted bloatware but I'm not sure what is important and what is bloatware. Some things like Snapfish, RaRa music, Zya Music I can't find in the control panel. Can anyone help me figure this out? Thank you

Snapfish, RaRa music, Zya Music Are these just on the desktop the may just be links to web sites. If they have their own program list in the start menu they may have the uninstall there.

What are you uploading depending on the size of the file and your upload speed it can take a while for the information to be saved.
