Most likely you may not loose that much that fast, First how tall are you and how much do you weigh. We need to find out first if you really need to lose it.

What types of meal do you, how much exercise do you do?

Please disregard the above mistake. I really hope someone deletes that. *Embarassing*

What I MEANT was...

Here are a few tips that could help you lose weight very effectively:

- Drink lots of water in general. This is great for meals because it helps you eat much less.
- Do not give in to cravings! Wait for 5 minutes, then the cravings will be gone. If you are unable to contain the cravings, then I suggest you drink more water or have a healthy snack instead.
- Light jogging before your breakfasts. That way, you will burn fat the whole day!
- If you don't have enough time for a work out, drink some coffee. Drink only black coffee, though. I personally love brewed black coffee.
- Never skip a meal.
- As much as possible, eat the right kinds of foods.
- Sugar is the enemy.
- Dark chocolate, however, isn't. BUT it is still chocolate. So, treat it more as a reward rather than a luxury.
- Don't force yourself to eat something 'healthy' that you actually really find disgusting. There are literally hundreds of healthy food you can try.

I've done all of the above and after only a week, I've lost more than I expected to lose! I did it initially to improve my health but wow, I looked muuuch slimmer afterwards!

Hope this helps!

To the OP. It's crucial that you talk to your doctor before beginning any diet or exercise regimen. There are reasons for this. We don't know your health, or what health issues you may have. Your doctor does. Only your doctor can give you accurate advice on how to proceed.

Any diet that you start without consulting your doctor first, could risk your health.

Thanks everyone for your response!!

I have no health risks except for a skin ailment but I request you all to give the derails of your diets suggested so that I can follow the one which suits me

Actually it was details and not derails if possible of the light and d caveman diet...

What do you have for dinner? One of the most effective ways I've had was cutting down a lot on dinner. I lost 7 kgs in merely a month. Instead of having a full meal, I eat fruits and cereals. Besides that, on days that I don't move around a lot or just campin at home, I eat only cereals and I drink a lot of cold water in the afternoon. At first I get really hungry though, but munching slowly on cereal helped a lot to stop the hunger. Most of my meals that I cook for myself are raw with no salt/sugar or any seasoning at all. The only meal I have that has a lot of fattening stuffs in it is lunch which I restrict to only Monday - Friday. Saturday and Sunday I eat healthier lunch.

I don't work out though... So if you do, I'm sure you're going to lose a lot more than I did if this works for you as well.
