Yesterday stopped drinking water and stopped playing she's only 8 months

Any change in behavior that's this drastic should be seen to by a vet immediately.

This is extremely vague, and with that the problem could be numerous things. What kind of dog is she -- small breed or large? Is she eating? Does she seem lethargic? Are her stools normal, or does she seem to have diarrhea?
