Hi everyone,

I am new here and I hope you can help me. I am 28 years old and need to gain weight. I am only 110 lbs and it is very frustrating to look like a little girl/boy or as one may call it, underendowed.

I wanted to take the diane35 birthcontrol pill because I heard it has positive results regarding female weight gain because of the hormones. I am looking for a natural/healthy solution.

Does anyone know what I should be taking to gain weight. I have been reading about Maca. Can I take this to help with lack of hormones? Does fenugreek help? Your help is very much appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

In general your breast size ( assume that is what you are really referring to) is what it is. There is little that can be done to increase or decrease it) Many women consider padded bra's as a option for outward appearance. Or being sure they dress less "manly" in their attire.

Short of that, speaking with your doctor

Hi thanks for your response. I want to gain weight because I am too skinny. Being stick thin is not something I prefer.

I feel your pain. I once was that small. I can remember going to the doctor and asking if I could put my purse on the scale with me just so I would weigh more, LOL. Well, age has caught up with me and now I panic when I see a scale.

While being this small may not be what you desire, remember that there are many health risks associated with being heavier than you are.

Taking medications to gain weight is like playing with fire.
