Does not work like that, this is a general public board, with various people, a few attorneys, para legal, real estate agents, retired federal agent, probation people, police officers and others who all will answer or research your issue.

So you post it, you do not ask a specific person a question

I would not at all be surpised if no such person exists. It's an extremely narrow "specialty" you have defined. :)

I know plenty of people who specialize in neighbor harassment but none are attorneys.
