I have two kids and had the mirena put in April of 2010 and I had stopped having a period almost 3 months after I got it. With in the past2 months I have noticed my eating habits have changed my breast are getting bigger and I've gained a few pounds I have also had slight cramping. I have also taken numerous pt and all negative. I'm scared I may be pregnant but I have no insurance right now someone please help

There really is no way to know for certain unless you test positive. What about a local health department or pregnancy center? You could see about having another test done there. You may be able to obtain low cost blood testing if you continue to get a negative on a urine test.
You could also call your gyn and ask what the cost would be, given your circumstances. Some doctors will have a sliding scale or make payment arrangements.

If not, then you're not pregnant, though I heard it can happen like that, and it can be very dangerous. Have you considered seeing the doctor about this?
