I have a apartment in Alabama and I let a girl move in with me that had no where to go. She is not on the lease nor did we sign any personal agreements. Out of the four months she has lived there she has only paid half the rent for the last three months. She has been doing illegal drugs and wrecking my apartment. I want her gone but she will not leave. What do I do?

If she has illegal drugs, call the police to have her arrested would have course be one option.

But she is a tenant and you are her landlord, you will have to evict her, does not matter that there is no written agreement.
