My partner got tested for std/sti and only got chlamydia and got treatment, which I received treatment now for too. Should I be worried about any other std/sti or since he only had chlamydia I shouldn't have to worry about anything else. And does azithromycin cure chlamydia 100%, do I have to go back for retesting ?

Only got chlamydia? ONLY? That is an STD (sexually transmitted disease), which means he got it from somewhere, if he didn't get it from you, he got it from cheating on you with another woman.

With that said, yes, a single dose of azithromycin will cure it. Now you just have to worry about whether he will be bringing home any other more serious STD's.
