Hey, wanted to ask you an inappropriate question but it's still educational.

How do you avoid losing your virginity?

Say no when someone asks you to have sex. You just don't do sex.

Keep your pants on.

Due to posting retrictions on the Adult Sexuality Board please give your age.

After reading the op's other posts, I think we need to be clear about the age of the op.

Just don't let it get that far.
Keeping your virginity is respectable, despite what people will tell you.
Not many people avoid having sex, but you will be respected for it in the long run.

The question is not inappropriate. But it is rather naïve. Being a virgin means not having sexual intercourse. So that's the answer. You keep your legs closed and pants/panties on (depending on gender).

Concerning age - OP states he/she is a "teacher" at Cambridge College (not a professor so it must not be in the US). Probably no longer a minor?

I think an answer is to keep a penis out of a vagina. That defines virginity.

Now - if we are talking about oral or anal, well, it's another story PLUS the argument of what does and what does not constitute virginity.

I'm surprised that a College "teacher" would ask this question.

I know I'm still new in training just wanted a different answer but you all gave the same thanks anyway!
JudyKayTee I'm not from the US but my students call me "teacher" so I got used to it!

What answer did you want or expect?

Sorry what type of "answer" did you want but when and if you give almost no info, and then no follow up to add more info to ask for info in different light. So what type of answers did you want.

Are you looking for ideas to convey to your students or someone else?

I ask because in one post you mention your husband. Since keeping your virginity and being married are usually incompatible concepts, it makes this question seem a bit strange.

If you are looking for ways to discuss the issue with others, the advice should be age appropriate.

All advice is subject to the needs of the target audience. So, who needs the advice?
