Hi, I have a maytag washer and dryer combo. The washing machine won't spin or move in any way. "ND" flashed on the screen. Any Ideas what could be wrong? Oh, and my clothes are in and the door won't open! Please help

Try unplugging it for 5 minutes and then plugging it back in. See if that will unlock it and reset it.

The ND fault code means that the drain is stopped up. This could mean that a sock or something is stuck in the pump clean-out. There is a pressure switch that monitors this and if the contacts are open it will cause this problem. You also need to locate the clean-out on the pump and open it to clean it out. Usually, it is a white cap with a handle on it in the form of a raised piece of plastic for you to grip. Go here for more info:
