I missed my periods for forty days, then it came four days light and now it is the thirteenth heavy flow day. I am unsure of what is happening because I am usually a 5 day period every 28 days.
I am also recently married(2 months), not sure if that may have affected it.

The stress of marriage/wedding may have thrown your cycles off but its difficult to say without talking to your doctor. There are a lot of reasons behind your symptoms. Did you take a pregnancy test while you were 40 days without a period?
