I'm feeling pretty low and I'm not sure how I can help myself from feeling this way anymore. I feel like I'm a failure and depression has made it hard for me to concentrate on what's important in life such as my school. Nobody knows how I feel either and this feeling has been with me for quite awhile now. I feel like I can't go to anyone because I feel like I will be judged. I feel like my future is going down the drain also. I just want things to get better, but it hasn't and I don't know what to do anymore.

Hi Friend,
Don't worry... just minimize your following problems..

• Low self esteem. Esteem is the admiration and respect that you feel towards another person.
• The relationships are seemingly co-dependent in nature. Seemingly: Ex. You help me, I help you. I will help you, you will definitely help me.
• Instead of saying that you can't speak to others, imagine what it would be like if you thought you CAN speak to others,a simple change of 1 word.
• To constantly downplay yourself(as depression will make you do)you need to find a way to overcome the depression and be the person you want to be,what you expect of yourself, not the downer, depressed person you are right now.
• I know it's hard to break the vicious cycle (as in being too afraid of saying the wrong thing to people and subsequently isolating yourself even further). But you don't have to break it all at once. Steps by steps, no pressure on yourself. Remember one important thing, WHO CARES if you talk weird. If they have problems with you being weird then that's their problems.
